These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the jlbos platform. By accessing or using jlbos, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets.

2.1 To register and use the jlbos platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:
2.2 jlbos reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a Player is found to be under 21 years of age, their account will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any remaining balance returned in accordance with applicable law.
2.3 By registering on jlbos, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in this Section 2. jlbos accepts no liability for losses incurred by ineligible Players who misrepresent their eligibility.
3.1 Each individual may register only one (1) jlbos account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jlbos reserves the right to suspend all accounts associated with a Player found to hold duplicate accounts and to forfeit any balances therein.
3.2 When registering your jlbos account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jlbos login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. jlbos will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
3.4 If you suspect that your jlbos account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify jlbos customer support immediately via live chat. jlbos will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receiving such notification.
3.5 jlbos reserves the right to refuse account registration or to suspend an existing account at its sole discretion, including where jlbos has reason to believe that a Player has provided false information or is acting in breach of these Terms.
4.1 All transactions on the jlbos platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). jlbos supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
4.2 Deposits are credited to your jlbos wallet in real time for GCash and PayMaya transactions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your account balance.
4.3 Withdrawals are processed within twenty-four (24) hours of approval, subject to completion of KYC verification. jlbos reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be made to payment methods registered in the Player's own name.
4.4 jlbos does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., GCash, BPI) may apply their own transaction fees, for which jlbos accepts no responsibility.
4.5 jlbos reserves the right to withhold or reverse a withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms, pending investigation. jlbos will notify the affected Player and cooperate with relevant Philippine authorities as required by law.
5.1 jlbos may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time the bonus is offered.
5.2 Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the promotion's specific terms.
5.3 Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any Player found to be exploiting bonuses, using automated software, or engaging in coordinated bonus abuse will have their bonus voided, their account suspended, and any associated winnings forfeited.
5.4 jlbos reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to a Player's account prior to the modification.
6.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jlbos platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
6.2 jlbos reserves the right to immediately suspend any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, to void all associated bets and winnings, and to report the matter to PAGCOR or other relevant Philippine authorities where required by law.
7.1 All content on the jlbos platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, and text, is the intellectual property of jlbos or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
7.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the jlbos platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any jlbos content without prior written consent.
8.1 To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, jlbos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the jlbos platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
8.2 jlbos does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond jlbos's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. jlbos will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where practicable.
8.3 In no event shall jlbos's total aggregate liability to any Player exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.1 jlbos is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings after jlbos login:
9.2 jlbos strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Any Player found to be under 21 years of age will be immediately excluded from the Platform in accordance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law.

10.1 jlbos reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player account at any time, with or without notice, where jlbos has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction.
10.2 Upon termination of your jlbos account, any real-money balance remaining in your wallet (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
10.3 You may close your jlbos account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.
11.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be referred to jlbos customer support for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate Philippine courts or PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism, as applicable.
11.3 Nothing in this Section shall prevent jlbos from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
12.1 jlbos reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via SMS to their registered Philippine mobile number or via a notice displayed upon next jlbos login, at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
12.2 Your continued use of the jlbos platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using jlbos and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.
